The day before all the snow came in my last post, Tim and I had been for a chilly afternoon stroll in our local woods. This amazing

location is only a few minutes drive from our house and we spend quite a lot of time here taking photos. I am really excited that it's

been ear-marked as a possible location to photograph a wonderful couple for their engagement photographs in a couple of weeks time!!

Please, please let there be some spring sunshine!

 

The huge trees provide the most amazing backdrop for a romantic walk, and the details are just stunning! Little pine cones on the floor,

early ferns uncurling and an amazing array of textures to feast your eyes on! We love it!

A few weeks ago I visited the Shuttleworth Estate to view the venue for some really lovely people, who's wedding I can't wait to photograph!

Ali and Gareth will be married here at Shuttleworth in April, in the beautiful summer house that is situated in the grounds here. It's a

perfect little venue set in the impressive parklands of the main house.

 

Although it had snowed heavily we decided to meet up, and plough our way through the roads! There was so much snow! But it

did look beautiful, I just have to imagine it in the spring sunshine now in April!

What a fantastic day we had with Stuart and Philippa, in London for their wedding.

It started off at Finsbury Town Hall, for a very romantic ceremony, followed by the reception at The Wilmington Arms just a few steps

down the road. The food was amazing, pie and chips! followed by even better dj's and a live band. And to top it all off....

A crowd surfing groom! What more could you ask for?!
